Its already Wednesday, middle of the week and also marked my 3rd day staying with Wan & Atuk Rantau while Pa & Ma goes to work.
My morning started much later than yesterday or day before. It was 7.00am when I was awaken by the sound of the house keys when Pa wanted to unlock the main door grill. Pa waited for me and as usual, let me hold the car keys while he opened the grill to start the car.
Ma dressed me up while Pa had his morning coffee and bread. Its 7.30am when we left the house to find the traffic heading for the highway a little congested and slow.

Checking and making sure my things are in the basket.
(Of course they are! Ma is always careful not to leave my stuff)
This 'Chopper' bicycle has been here at Ma's kampung since Monday. It belonged to Mami when she was much younger; a brand that was popular those days until BMX came into the picture and killed its popularity!
Today, I have Mami to keep me company as she had taken the day off.
"She's really putting on weight", said Atuk jokingly.
That afternoon I followed Wan & Mami to the Family Store in Rasah Jaya.

It rained very heavily in the afternoon and I had insisted to have my lunch at the gazebo forcing Mami to send Wan & I there using an umbrella.
Ma came back from work a little later today at 6.30pm.
Aahh! The mango tree looked promising to bear fruits in a couple of months.
The earlier afternoon rain left its mark on the yam leaf
The bare ground behind Ma's kampung house left behind by the unscrupulous profiteers felling the rubber trees for a few thousand ringgit was made worse by the frequent rainy spell of late.
The usual early dinner for Pa & Ma...On the menu today are fried fish, Kobis Masak Lemak and Gulai Telur Itik.
Atuk leaving for the the mosque for his Maghrib prayers..."Bye Atuk!"
Then it was my turn to have my dinner while looking at the pictures in the latest Pa&Ma magazine.
Its playtime for me after my dinner and who else if not Pa or Ma as my playmate.
This time its Ma's turn...and I get to "eat" her nose!
Alternatively, I still have my red ball to play with.
A special cheek exercise?
Now for the other cheek...so now you all know how I maintain this chubby cheeks of mine. Try it out! Might work for you too.
I was soon getting bored and needed some attention from Ma.
We did not wait for Atuk to come back from the mosque; that would be almost 9pm. I was actually getting restless and sleepy. We left kampung about 8.30pm on another wet evening.
The big lorries sandwiching the car in front of us after the Senawang toll.
(Ma doesn't like to be in that position...too scary for her)
I wasn't bothered about all those things as I love my precious sleep.
