Lunch At Doll Tomyam

Pa & Ma had their lunch at Doll Tomyam today... its usually dinner when they go here, but since Ma said she had some things to do in town, we decided to change that today.

We were the only customer when we arrived at 1.30pm when the weather was a little gloomy. The entrance to the restaurant from the main Jalan Tampin road was a little messy with some pipe-jacking works being carried out but we were too hungry to concern about that.

This time, Pa made the order...the usual tomyam, paprik, telur dadar and kerabu mangga to go with plain white rice. Pa had teh-o-limau while Ma settled for warm water.

Some photos captured by Pa during our lunch there.

The place is not so attractive in the daytime without the neon lights.

As usual, I get to have my lunch first...Ma's special homemade porridge.

Lunch is served.

Kerabu Mangga...they didn't have the Som Tam

While Pa & Ma were enjoying their lunch, I had the whole restaurant to myself to run around. The excavator arm of the pipe-jacking works in front of the restaurant caught my attention.

We had to return home after lunch to get me cleaned up after messing my denim skirt and checkered blouse...the diaper could not hold its content. Oops! Sorry Pa & Ma to spoil the plan.

Ma had to carry me carefully so as not to wet her nice, clean outfit

When we left the restaurant the drizzle had just stopped making it easier for us to get to the car parked in front of it.

It was straight home for a change...followed by an afternoon siesta. Looked like whatever Pa & Ma had planned to do earlier had to be brought forward to later in the evening.
