Its a rest day today for all in conjunction with the Prophet Muhammad's (pbuh) birthday. Most states would organise parades while reciting the 'salawat'. For the Seremban level, the parade was held at the Paroi Stadium.
Today, we had visitors at our home. Pa's friend from KL came down to get his son registered at Kolej Negeri at the campus in S2. Pa picked them up at the train station; they took the commuter as their transport was in the workshop.
Pa came back with his friend, Uncle Ismail and family with packed food bought from one of the eateries behind Columbia Asia. Ma had cooked the rice and fried vegetable & omelette with sambal belacan...a good mix for lunch.
It took me a while to get use to their presence at our place...you know I'm very careful when it come to making new friends.

Our guests enjoying their lunch at our little home.
That 'abang' in the corner is the one joining Kolej Negeri.

After lunch, I was already friendly with my new acquaintance.
The girl is Pa's friend youngest daughter.
At 4.00pm, Pa sent them off to the KTM station leaving Ma and I at home. Ma took the opportunity to take some shots of me.
How about this 'cheeky' smile pose?
My 'baby seat' had to be taken out of the car to make room for Pa's friend and family...that became a plaything for me.
The curled up pose...I don't get to do this in the car as Ma would strap me up.
Later in the evening, I was allowed to play outside at the porch area only.
Ma putting my shoes on to make sure I don't dirty my feet.
Remember the red ball? One can really sweat and burn some fat doing the running around like I did.
Not easy to handle a piece of biscuit in one hand and the ball in another...a good juggling exercise.
Meanwhile, Ma was busy with her plants as I looked with interest.
Oooh...she's topping up the pot with black soil we bought at Giant recently.
...and adding more plants.
Pa had his dinner first while Ma fed mine.
We went out to Giant to get Ma's magic gel at the nursery. She planned to decorate her desk with live plants planted in the gel. Pa bought the blue one for Ma.
Then it was straight home. I called it a night about 10.30pm when Pa was on the line with Mama. Its been a tiring day...by just staying home.
My usual routine of 'balik kampung' will resume tomorrow.
Good Nite All.
