PRU 12...Malaysians Have Spoken

Today Pa & Ma joined the rest of Malaysians to vote in the 12th General Election. Both of them are registered voters in DUN Rantau under Parliament Rembau.

The main road near the voting center at 11.24am...a little quiet for a General Election.

We left our Seremban home about 11.00am reaching the voting station at 11.30am. Ma had called Mami earlier to meet up at the voting area. She arrived with Uncle Li who had voted earlier in the morning in his hometown, Rembau too.

Since the voting area is restricted to voters only, Pa went first to vote followed by Ma. They had earlier on checked at the BN station to confirm their names are in the voters list. The polling officer at the school indicated the same reference number as given earlier by the BN counter volunteer.

We did not stay long. Immediately after Pa & Ma had done their duty as a responsible Malaysian, we headed for the Klang Valley which should be less crowded with most of the KL people have gone home to their respective hometowns to vote.

That story to follow soon.

p/s The latest result on the 12th GE : Kedah, Penang, Perak, Selangor and Kelantan belongs to the Opposition.
