Life Lesson No. 3 ... Good Food

Today, my Life Lesson continued with No. 3...Good Food. With that, I take it as healthy food beneficial to our body need. Almost everyone wants and need food, and in most cases its taste that ranks number 1 when choosing food item followed by the rest like quantity, price and maybe healthy.

Pa & Ma have been trying to control my diet that match by body need...whenever possible. Sometimes, we do indulge in some fast food when we go out.

Check out our diet this morning...

Fried eggs...giving the cheeky look at Ma & I

A taste of English style breakfast...corn flakes with my powdered milk

I love fruits...so far I have not rejected any fruit that Pa bought. Dragon fruit, papaya, orange, grapes, water melon, honey dew, bananas are some of the fruits I have tasted.

Today I had a whole banana by myself...Pa or Ma would normally hold it while I take small bites. Guess they trust I can handle it myself now.

Pa have recently bought the strawberry flavoured powdered milk. I have had the regular one, honey, chocolate flavoured before this. After my milk, I would follow up with just plain water...something Pa & Ma had taught me since I was a little baby.

After all the talk about good food, this is what Ma had for her lunch which Pa bought before going off for his Friday prayers. Thats fried fish, salted eggs, some veggie and gravy...still healthy by adult standard, I suppose. Looks yummy tho'. Oh! Pa also bought this masak lemak veggie for me to go along with my porridge.

We all have different preference when it come to food. I have not really explored much beyond the usual homemade porridge. I still have porridge for my meals...just that its less watery than when I was smaller.

So, how was your 'good food' for today?
