Getting Well

Remember the other day when I had to go to the Child Specialist to get another check up for my fever that had gone into the 3rd day?

Well, the fever is gone but I started coughing...you know the one with phlegm. The toughest part was when I had stuffy nose due to cold...getting a good night sleep wasn't easy.

So, I am still on the medication prescribed by the Child Specialist...antibiotic, cough, cold. Most of the time Ma would administer the medicine as Pa would be at work whole day.

As far as taking medication is concerned, I have no objection. I like the sweet taste of the medicine cleverly disguised by the manufacturers.

Ma keeps the medicine in a covered container to prevent the ants from getting to it. Looking at the ingredients and instruction.

Just look at how much I enjoy taking the medicine...no sweat!

And I can still fool around in Pa's lap after the medication.

Now that my fever is gone, I hope this cough and cold would follow suit. I need my good night rest without the irritating stuffy nose and cough.

I am still in my cheerful and playful mood most of the day despite the cough and cold.
