Sunday At Rembau

Last Sunday, we went back to Pa's kampong in Rembau to spend time with Wan. We bought some dishes for lunch as we did not inform Wan that we were coming back. To our pleasant surprise, Mama, Kak Long & Kak Cik were also back for the weekend to spend time with Wan. Lunch was on the stove; so we had plenty of dishes for lunch.

Oh yes...Pa bought the siput sedut and here Kak Cik is trying very hard to suck it out fron the shell...her first taste of siput sedut.

Mama had a good laugh seeing Kak Cik sucking the siput out. After many failed attempts, she finally did it. Congrats Kak Cik, now you can join Pa & Ma in the siput sedut lover club. So can Kak Long who also managed her siput sedut too.

Thats the old kampong house; now vacant.

Mama, Kak Long and Kak Cik left for KL earlier to avoid the evening jam on the highway. Pa, Ma & I stayed back for dinner with Wan. After dinner, we left for our Seremban home.

It was a short but nice weekend spent with Wan, Mama, Kak Long and Kak Cik.
