The next day, Sunday, after our KL trip, we stayed home. Pa was not feeling too good to go out...missing the kenduri at Rembau.
By evening, boredom had settled in and we were all dying to go out. Pa was already in his cheerful mood after a good long rest. We decided to just drive down to town and have a bite.
The 'benteng' street in town was our pit stop. We had considered this place quite some time back but never had a chance and time to see the foodstall activities which starts about 6.00pm.

Guess who we met at the stall... Ma's cousin and her hubby. We invited them to join us which they obliged. Soon we were chatting away and sharing stories.
After the early dinner, we went to Seremban Parade. The Anakku Fair was on at the lobby area and I got to try out the orange bicycle which we didn't buy. Pa & Ma thought I was too small for it now.
While at the fair, the pink lion caught my attention. Pa got the message and soon I was on it escorted by Pa & Ma in turn. That night Ma complained of back pain due to the prolonged bending when accompanying me on the ride.
In the end, I had to prove to them that I could handle the ride myself!
We went back after Maghrib prayers at the surau...me satisfied while Pa & Ma sulking over the back pain. Sorry Pa...sorry Ma. Next time I won't drag you into things like that. Love you both!
