Marketing at Pasar Besar Seremban
It was such a packed Saturday for us. After our lunch break at Noraini's, we headed for Pasar Besar Seremban to buy food stuff for Sunday event.
Pa would be bringing some friends over for lunch; 10 of his photographer friends. It'll be Masak Lemak Cili Api, of course for our guests who are not locals.
The Seremban market at almost 3.00pm is rather quiet. The minute we stepped into the wet area, the remaining sellers tried their very best to woo us to their stall...which is not something Ma likes.

A view of the wet area.
Ma making her way to the other end of the veggie area.
She had to turn back as they did not have the veggie she's looking for. Just look at the young fat guy who could not be bothered about his surrounding while giving full concentration on his game.
Purchase with a smile!
Finally, before leving the market area...cendol!
We had to make it quick as the dark rain cloud was looking rather heavy and would release its content anytime soon.

Saturday Lunch @ Noraini's
In the afternoon, I followed Pa to fetch Ma from work. Saturday afternoons nowadays are not as busy as before since many companies and most government sector do not work on Saturdays.
It was an easy drive to town. Ma was already waiting when we reached her office.
Since, it was already lunch time, the 3 of us decided to have our lunch at Seremban Parade. This time we opted for the basement food stall where the supermarket is. There is this nice little outlet of Noraini's; the one that makes cookies for Raya. This time they have a nice eatery serving nasi lemak, fried stuffs, porridge, laksa etc.
Pa & Ma tried their laksa while I get to enjoy my fries from McD.

Here's Ma joining the queue to get my fries at McD
I just had to try the burger that Ma bought.
And I wanted to eat it just like adults do!
The fries were from the Happy Meal which had this little toy camera...which kept me occupied.
The Laksa they had.
The smile showed that it tastes yummy!
The large mirror was just nice for Pa to take our photo...and his!
Our next agenda after that lunch was some marketing at the Pasar Besar Seremban.
We'll do that in the next post.
We'll do that in the next post.

Saturday at the park...with Pa
Its was another working Saturday for Ma and I had the opportunity to tag along with Pa to send her to work. Soon after dropping her off, Pa decided to take me to the park.
It was a beautiful morning for a stroll in the park. We went to the playground fronting the Klana Resort. It was peaceful and quiet with a few families and some joggers doing their things.

Isn't that a happy little girl...enjoying the morning with her Pa?
Now that does not look like a cheerful face on a Saturday morning!
Thinking of Ma?
I'm scared to move, Pa!
Ok...ok...I can do it!
Ooops! Its a long way down; I think I changed my mind...can you help me down Pa?
The morning sun bathing my little face.
A bit of Bollywood style here.
Which one shall I go for?
A little number lesson.
Time to leave the playground as the sun's heat was getting unbearable!
Hmmm...if only Ma wasn't working; we would have gone further than this park.

My Little Orange Car
Yesterday evening I had some time to "drive" around my cute orange car. Its been around since I was much smaller...hardly walking yet.
Now I can fully make use of the car as my plaything.

Ngong...ngong...ngong!
Hmmm...its not picking up speed, I wonder why!
What! No engine?
Maybe its time for a major overhaul!
Well, there goes another evening at kampung. The orange car stays at kampung when we go back to our Seremban home. There are many toys at home to keep me occupied.
See ya on another ride.

The Story Teller
Ok guys...lets sit around here and I'll share some stories with you. Staying at kampung has lots of advantages during my 8 to 5 routine.
Come here...I can't be sitting here all alone.
Pa loves to tell me the story of Skimpy & His Friends; how he became friends with Flyen the owl, Munchy the cow and Tappy the peacock. But then initially, Skimpy was not the friendly type to the dislike of Flyen, Munchy & Tappy.
It all started when Skimpy wanted to find the golden fruit tree in the jungle after surfing the internet.
To make it more rewarding, whoever finds the golden fruit tree shall be rewarded! So, Skimpy went back to his village to seek advice from his grandfather.
Soon, Skimpy was on his way into the jungle alone.

Ouch! The cement floor is really hard. Aaah! This little guy makes a nice fluffy seat.
So, where was I?
Aaah...the jungle! The moment Skimpy set into the jungle, a big tiger was waiting.

Growl! Roarrr!
Come...if you want to get it with my little Kung Fu move...The Crane Stance
Aww! Come on Ma...I haven't finished with my Skimpy story yet.
Sorry guys, have to cut short the Skimpy tale here. Time for my evening 'bo bo'. We have to leave for our Seremban home after Maghrib. Come on over and we can read the Skimpy & His Friends book together.
Hmmm...gotta go!
Don't forget to come over, okay?

Morning Ride
One of the highlights of the day for me at kampung is the morning rides with Atuk & Wan on his motorcycle around the kampung. I call it 'toot toot' with Atuk & Wan. In our rounds, we'd be able to see cows, geese (I call it Itik Ang), goat etc. What a nice way to learn about animals.
Here are some pics captured by Pa one Saturday...

Ok...I'm all set to go with my Jumbo & pacifier.
A little close-up shot of the 3 of us
Woeee! Down the hills and we're off!
Bye Pa! Bye Ma! See Ya!
